How does the custom order process work?

Each garment begins with your vision. You choose the style, embroidery, and fabrics—we’ll send you a measurement guide and a free sketch to approve before production starts.

Can I customize the embroidery or fabric?

Absolutely. We offer full customization on embroidery motifs, fabric choices, colors, embellishments, and even garment silhouettes. Whether you want to recreate one of our existing designs in a new theme or build something from scratch, we can do it.

Do you offer group or wedding party orders?

Yes. We specialize in group orders for weddings, formal events, and themed occasions. We’ll help coordinate consistent styling across the party with individualized fits for each member.

Can you replicate a suit I’ve seen elsewhere?

Yes. As long as it doesn’t infringe on another designer’s protected work, we can recreate or reinterpret designs using your inspiration references and elevate them with bespoke detailing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express. Tracking details are provided once your suit is dispatched.

How long will my order take?

Our typical production time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Express timelines can be discussed for urgent orders. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 days globally.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with fit or craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
